Hourly Rate

2 HOUR MINIMUMS MAY COME INTO EFFECT STARTING JANUARY 1 ON ALL NEW BOOKINGS. BOOK NOW TO SECURE 1 HOUR SESSIONS. 1 HOUR SESSIONS MAY APPEAR ONLY ON SET DAYS IN FUTURE.

Stop in for some content creation and play around with set decor and props, making use of a small chunk of time to fuel your creative ideas and create beautiful imagery to share online. Hourly rate minimum 1 hour. *

$90/h

Half Day, 4 Hours

For projects with a simple set up the Half, Day rental can make use of any available time slot, morning or afternoon. The studio has East and South facing windows so if you are looking for direct sunlight, plan accordingly. Half-day rental includes 4 hours of studio time.*

$350/ 4 hours

Day Rate, 6 Hours

Got a large-scale project that needs extensive setup or set design? Wanna make use of the space through the shifting natural light? Looking to host a full day of mini sessions? The Day rental option gives you use of the studio for full opening hours [Studio hours are seasonally dependent]. If you’d like to use the studio outside of business hours please contact kait@quaycreativeco.com for special request.*

$500/6 hours

Full Day Rate, 10 Hours

From open to close the studio is your playground! Perfect for creative and team productions

$700/10 hours

*Studio time rental is inclusive of staging, clean-up, make-up, etc. please book time accordingly.

FAQ’s

  • There is free on site parking for Quay Studio in the lot on the West side of the building near our studio entrance to the second floor. There is also additional free street parking or an overflow paid parking lot right across the street for bigger events.

  • All the props you see online or in images of the space on our page are tools available for you to use in any of your bookings. The space is meant to be a playground for sets so feel free to move pieces around or send a message requestion certain setups ahead of your shoot day.

  • Currently, there’s no set package pricing for creatives looking to book multiple times in a month but if you plan on being a regular over the course of the month or a few, be in touch directly with studio owner Kait Labbate at kait@quaycreativeco.com and let’s chat more!

  • The space has A/C, WIFI, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and sink, and shared building washrooms.
